A Letter From The Administrator
Dear Resident and Family members,
As the administrator, I would like to welcome you to Chestnut Point Care Center. At Chestnut Point we believe that quality healthcare services are achieved through a blending of social services, dietary, medical and nursing services, rehabilitation and recreation whose shared goal is to assume optimum individualized resident care. We are highly sensitive to the needs, concerns, desires and uniqueness of the residents we care for. We remain ever responsive to those needs thereby assuring a high standard of care.
All resident care areas are located on the first floor of our building. We are proud to say that we have enjoyed an excellent reputation over the years. We have much staff longevity, which aids in our continuity of care. We have a full service rehabilitation department, and have had many success stories over the years of residents who have recuperated back to full capacity and have returned to independent living at home.
